Ive got some purchases in May still pending. Not sure if they're disqualified or what. Will wait and see..

Try many purchase last few weeks and never auto track,
I use shopback one time , after awhile shopback sent back email said transcat tracked.
Wrote to rebate mango, tell them the issue and the deny no issue on their tracking.
Anyway givup on RM,I try other site like krisflyerspreee, but this is on miles..

I have a couple of transactions all pending, some as far back as Feb. After email them about it, they said vendor did not Ack the transaction & thus no cashback.
I think RM has gone worse this days in their cashback & follow ups.

Shopback is definitely much more reliable.

Could be merchant didn't pay them so they didn't pay us.. a year ago they were ok. Not sure what is going on now

Agreed, my purchases this year all pending in rebatemango... but no choice since Shopback removed lazada, shopee and Qoo10...

I think RM is probably having some issues now with my transactions pending since March, May, wrote 2 times to them, they keep saying its due to the merchant taking time to validate the transaction, its been 3 or 4 mths, dunno are they talking cock here.

Seeing so many complaints on them lately, give up hope with them.

Advice is if Shopback is able to provide e rebate, take them, I never had issues with them since using them for years. RM, is a different story.....very unreliable.
Now they could be getting the rebates from the merchants but not pay ppl like us, so they still function with profits while ppl like us get fooled into using them.

Stay away from them, my big 2 cents advice.

I just checked my RM account today, my Shopee purchase on 24 May 2020 finally got confirmed. I have another Shopee purchase on 31 May 2020 but this one still pending. So my guess is they take 3 - 4 months to confirm for Shopee purchases.

They still send promo on extra rebates..etc which to me is a scam if they continue to solicit customers to use them but not pay out the rebates.

Where can we lodge a compliant for such cases? With many experiencing no cashback as promised. Although its free money but still to me sounds like a scam if it continues to entice consumers to use them & not pay the cashbacks. They then pocket the commissions from the retailers & earn from there.

I quite a while didn't check the app. Today i check, i have a few shopee purchase confirmed up to July already

Go check your dashboard again to see if any of u also gotten confirmed **

Of course i also have 1 whole chunk rejected. I suspect is because i bought e vouchers that's why.
