no, none of these
Doesn't look like an emergency to me.
If this persists or more symptoms develop, go see an eye doc.

ps there is this vitreous gel in your eye and can change with ageing, it pulls your retina causing the flash. Hope it is just that.

If got those other symptoms, then it can be more serious like tear or even detachment.

Go to SGH A&E, nurses there will record your case, doctor will check you, a personnel will then escort you through the corridors to SNEC where they will run tests on your eye.

$154 for that A&E basic Investigation Tests / Treatment / Medication day.

Subsequent bills will be as subsidized patient unless you want to choose a particular doctor.

like those light flicker kind of flash, and it only happens when i on the lights, so not sure is it the light flicker or the my eyes have problem

how ah?
Happened to me once before. About 2 or 3 years ago.

Was afraid if it would be a retinal tear but after half a day it went away.

Seeing flashes of white is very scary.

not so old, quite young :o
Not supposed to have these kind of eye prob if quite young.

A few years back, I was walking thru A&E when i saw a young man cupping his eyes while another two guys assist him walk. Heard one of the guys telling him that dr say he had symptom of retina detachment. Need to rest more. The other guy then said the young man worked on IT for few days without rest, of course eyes cannot take it. Young man then scolded them that they are the cause of it. And cry he keep seeing flashes.

Moral of story. Take care of yourself. Fug care others.
