Recommend Cab Driver

Hi guys,

Any recommendation for drivers for the below route? Planning to spend 1 night outside Taipei and rest of the trip Taipei

Day 1 Taoyuan Airport ----- > Flying Cow Ranch and surroundings (might stay one night near there - driver can go home end of day)

Day 2 Flying Cow Ranch ------ > Jiufen/Shifen/YehLiu ---------> Ximending

Day 3 no driver need

Day 4 no driver need

Day 5 Ximending ------- > Taoyuan airport

Planning 1 day trip quite straightforward, just not sure how the 1 night thing will turn out.

Jus asking which part of tainan are u going? I am looking for taxi driver for my guanziling to tainan half day trip...

I engaged Mr. Yi da for my tw trip (can sit 8 pax comfy) for my whole trip from taichung to qing cing to he huan shan to Hualian to taipei for 8 days. He is a serious driver and takes care of my family as my family members will get car sick. Although he seems quiet but after 1 day or so we cracking jokes etc and makes the whole trip fun and memorable. Although he is not the cheapest quote i found but i have no regrets. Pm me if keen. Just sharing.

Hihi, Im just back from Taiwan and have 3 drivers on this trip. My group has 5 adults and a toddler.

Day 1-5 was with a Mr Chen (9seater, but will sit 7 passengers comfortably with luggage), who fetch us straight from Taoyuan Airport and took us around for 5 days, from Taoyuan-Taichung-Cingjing-Hualien-Yilan-Taipei. (5500NT)

Day 6 was with Ah Hao who took us to Yeliu, KeeLueng, Jiufen, Shifen etc. (3800NT)

Last day driver was just a 1way trip from Ximending to Airport for 6 pax with luggage. (1200NT)

First 5days and last day was arranged through a Mr Yu. PM me if you are keen. His rates cheapest I found for a 9 seater.

wow ah hao increase price liao lol ...
took him few times few mths back is 3500 ntd lol ...
he was nice :)
then we went back, he not free, he intro us his friend to send us to airport is 1000 ntd ...

price is still 3500NT , i just booked him for my trip few mins ago :s13:

I also going to Yeliu, KeeLueng, Jiufen, Shifen etc

Just came back from my trip with kelvin, travelling from Yeliu>ying yang sea>jiu fen> shi fen sky lantern>keelong night night . He is indeed a caring and wonderful driver cum guide and he looks after our every needs with great attention, I definitely recommend him to anyone out there to engage his service.He is honest and even offer to take us back to Taipei after our keelong night market trip which is totally beyond my expectation cause our booking only end at keelong market. I'll definitely book him for my next trip. Thanks Kevin for this memorable day trip.

I asked him why 3800, he says based on number of pax. My group is bigger. I didnt want to bargain and even tip him additional since he even bought us fireworks.

Ximending to Airport is 900NT onwards, depending on number of pax. Many taxis 'on parade' in the morning on the XMD street with the rates advertised. There's also a poster at YongHe Dou Jiang which has the rates, eg. 1-4 pax 900NT, 5 pax 1200NT etc..

Hi , i was comtemplating on hiring a driver for transfer hualien train station area to SML or nantou area.

Any hualien driver to reco?
