According to my guide, the Lotte world is already operating more than 20 yrs without big renovation and from the net i found the incident is because one of the employees managing the rides did not check a guy's safety lock mechanism before allowing the ride to start.
They intended to close the theme park for renovation mid of the yr but was forced by the government to close down early.

may i know if it is better to go by tour group or via F&E?
if by tour gorup, what is e best/most reasonable priced tour agency? I dun intend to bomb all my bonus on this trip.
also, any people interested in going together? esp for F&E(I always hear that by F&E, can save up to 40% in korea)
