I thought of the G series too but then just for a little bit more can get a better integrated graphics why not.

~$100 for better IGP? Not a good deal.

Rather he get G3258 + any sub-$100 discrete graphics. Far cheaper. Unless he needs HT badly.

asus has a nice bios suite to work with but cost more. Asrock H81 is the cheapest.

Thanks for the info but I have never tried Asrock and I have been using Gigabyte all these years with no issues so thinking to try ASUS for a better Motherboard this time.

Consider msi h81m e33? It has 4x usb3.0 rear ports as compared to 2 for both other mobos.

IGP is now on CPU rather than motherboard. So whichever motherboard you choose graphics will be the same.

Thanks. I just check my old pc which is on gigabyte GA-EP43T-UD3L motherboard and with 2 pieces of 2GB DDR3 Ram.

Guess only certain brand like Gigabyte or MSI has built-in graphic card.
