finally get to wear my 875 today, wore to a wedding lunch.

Btw, i notice my 875 at size 5.5E seems more loose than my 8165 at size 6D...
Am hoping to wear it in soon. But will be hard coz it wont be able to wear in office attire...


Btw, comparing btn 875 and 8165, I feel 875 more mafan to wear and take out coz it doesnt have the lace hooks thus have to loosen the laces then can wear/take it out...

I tried 8138 black version nice and solid.. also tried the dark brown colour.. in the end .. the sale personal at illua seem veri busy with FB.. when to suntec..also alot of pple.. change of mind bought Clark DB.. maybe going taiwan next yr to take alook at their RW collection...

It's possible to slip in and out without undoing the lace, but you gonna suffer pain on your heels, i tried my 1907 with loose lace the heels is pain like mad!

nope, not holiday inn, but very near le, just across the road.

I think the laces must be secured properly, or else u going to get hell of abrasion...

cos now i wear my clarks DB loose so that i can slip in and out. i only tighten it when im out shopping or dinner when im pretty sure the next time i need to take them out is when i reached home.

but at work, there are chances i have to wear in and out quite often and doing the laces several times a day is quite troublesome...

so you guys dont suggest wearing it loose? but im craving for a pair of RW as my work boots.. haha

Which clark DB u got? I got beewax style.. find it nicer then the seudue.. but again when look at mag seem seude look better.. Hoping to get RW one day lol.. but RW now is make in china or USA? Cause I saw on ealier on this thread that RW are making it in China..

i dont know whats the effect on your feet for wearing it loose, but i did see quite a few guys in HK wearing it loose on the top (obvious shoe lace hanging) with their jeans tucked in. as to whether they can slip in and out of it without hurting their feet, i wouldnt know

beeswax also.. it rocks. suede difficult to maintain its look imo...

if the pain you talking about is during the slipping in and out only, im fine with that cos its only like a few times throughout the day.

but if you mean that due to its loose, even walking is causing abrasion, thats an area of concern to me...

yea im talking about the slipping in and out. walking, from what i observe, they seem to be walking fine indicating NOT in pain? lol.
