If you don't play those graphic-intensive game and don't really mind the lack of 48MP camera, the Redmi 7 is actually a good choice.

The OV12A10 camera lens has been optimised by Xiaomi to take pretty good daylight shots, and the performance is actually decent in its price range.

I see, thanks. Might need NFC and type-c charging. All these cant be found on note7 too.

Camera wise is okay, as I have another main phone for photos.

I think this will be a good endurance ergonomical phone for message and basic use without heavy gaming if have the 4/64GB local set.

anyone using the redmi 7 yet?

i had notice a issue , when i on the phone wifi & launch wechat, whatapp or youtube. The phone seem to response dame slow to access the application. it would show black screen for ~ 5 to 10 sec.

I would need to close the app, clean out then re-launch it. Seem each round when i off & on the wifi this would occur.

I dont have this issue on any of my xiaomi phone except for this.
