Redmi 7 and Pocophone are in 2 totally different segments altogether. Pocophone has significantly better specs all round because it is marketed as bringing flagship specs to mid-tier price. Redmi 7 on the other hand is in the low-end budget segment.

No contest here, if your budget can stretch for Pocophone, go for it. I don't think the prices of Redmi 7 and Pocophone are close either.

Thanks, will do research again tomorrow. Considering this phone or note 7. Maybe note 7 is easier to read for parent. Export set with global rom is fine.

yes, according to someone in tpg thread, both 7 and note 7 can support tpg...

you can go and double confirm in tpg thread...

Redmi 7 have 2 sim slot and a sd card slot Redmi Note 7 don’t have this do take note

So with the extra slot I can put 2 SIM card and a as card in instead of one sim one as card for note 7

I see. So note series is using hybrid sim tray.
Does redmi 6 also support 2 sim + micro sd as well? Anyway, considering the price at the moment better to get redmi 7 than 6.
