Yup, am currently using TPG without the Voice app on my Note 8 Pro, no issues.

For me, it works once I put it in. If it doesn't, go to dialer and dial *#*#86583#*#* and you should see VoLTE carrier check disabled, then can go into your settings to enable VoLTE.

Was considering note 8 pro.. and at that sale price seemed very good value for money.. also at realme at one point...

In general a cheap phone with good cam for videos and photos as my Mi Max 2 is kinda bad at it lol
