Did some recon. Seems like cheapest for Note 8 Pro is $280 from this shop after using the shop 12.12 coupon ($300-20). As a comparison, Finer is offering at $288 (cannot use coupon)

i bought a pearl white note 8 pro 6/128GB from Exxxxxxx @ shoppe this early morning (12mn +). It cost me ~$245, after utilize the 12-12 voucher and credit card promotion .

After i dropped a message to him the Order-ID. He told me that he has overlooked the stock as the white color model that they have now is without warranty. Seriously i not sure if these set are local or export.

Seriously they sell the item with 12 mth local warranty but these set seem to be export set. It very misleading.

Earlier someone post a chat image that that the warranty is cover by a service center at Funan , which i assume is Xiaomi Singapore service center.

indonesia sets got 50% is local set cause sometimes we oos, they will get the indonesia inventory. if u want to verify, u have to go xiaomi service center to verify....

i seen a lot....said local set but turn out to be local seller warranty.....

i rem 1 case...very funny.
he go service center, the service center said export set.
Then he go seller, he said this is not under warranty. Then buyer sux thumb

definitely! i also impressed with the outlooks and also the cam is a big jump from my parents previous redmi note 3 & note 4x. better than expected.

After 2nd round of chat with Seller Exxxxxxxx , they insisted to check a week later at the Mi website . the lady insisted that it is a local warranty set.

Sometime, they say local warranty and that means you return to them locally while they send to China for you. So not so local

Contacted apex, they gave me Funan mall #03-08 as the service centre.. this is same as mi store
