can't connect to home wifi

just received a Global 4GB/64GB variant from 11.11 sale which was on sale for $139.

can't seem to connect to my TP-Link Archer AX20 router WiFi, both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. After I enter WiFi password, the WiFi is saved but doesn't connect. when I tap on the WiFi, it does nothing.

can connect to my iPhone 6S hotspot but also not stable, might not be the Redmi Note 8 issue for this instability although I read a lot of WiFi issues about this phone already.

Anyone got any clue?


Edit: Okay found something on reddit about Android 9 + Snapdragon issue with WPA2 networks and suggested downgrading to WPA + WPA2 PSK which now working with my phone

still wondering which model and variant u bought if rmn8p still okay, but if its not....den u might be paying more than what the seller have paid for.:o

She gave receipt ,shows $126. bought from shoppee.
