saw some things that we are not issued in bmt also.. like L torch.. mess mug.. extra mess tin etc.. must go and buy them?

i suggest u dun buy 1st, wait until going field camp they will update u wad to bring all thoes than buy also not late

Security trooper....when did we become those ah pek security guard? Anyway, heard that the change the RP course already. Its no longer the 2 weeks lectures + exercises. Heard its going to extend or something. But still, how hard can it be? Wait till you tiok the ultimate combo, RP + Sea Soldier course or RP + FDC (Field Defence Course). Piece of advice to those going to become RPs (or security troopers). Pray hard that you won't get posted to air bases. Pray really hard. 'Cause I think the next FDC is held at PLAB, rumored to be the most siong of all air bases. I still remember the last day when we all received our posting results. Our course warrant and sergeant major was like congratulating all those who got posted to SAF army camps, but when it comes to those who tiok air bases, they just wish them good luck, 'cause its like....additional 3 months of stay-in + combat training.

rp butties going this monday pls bring along ur lbv coz u will be using it for the whole of this 3.5 working days.
and also if u wnt can bring ur own pillow case along
