Hi, does she teaches auto?? Can i have her contact too? Thanks.

it would be better to just PM your msg to the person asking about their instructors :o

anyway I've recommended my instructor few years back and would like to say again: Mr Chow, teaching at ubi is a really great manual instructor.

Hi i just finished my FTT and im kinda confused on how to go on from here.

1.I know i need to get a PDL but is the PDL different for all three SG driving centre?

2. Do i have to enroll in one of the three driving centre in order to book a private instructor? im a private candidate.

:):) thanks in advance!

Since you have finish your ftt u should already be a student at a driving center which u took the test right?

1. PDL should be the same for all three driving centers, as PDL is issued by Traffic Police. Actually you can get PDL once you have passed your BTT.

2. Yes, the reason is because you can only take the official driving test at official driving centers.
Most imptly, you need to ensure your private driving instructor is a member of the driving center you signed up in, so you can take the test there

Some corrections to point 2.

You don't need to register with any driving centre to learn from a driving instructor. What you can do is this:

Engage a private driving instructor. First lesson he'll ask if you passed your FTT. If not, go book and concurrently you can learn driving from him. Once you passed your FTT, your driving instructor will tell you to go create an account in a driving centre (the driving centre that he is registered with) and put a deposit in the account. Your instructor will then book the practical test for you using your deposit in the account.

Basically that's all you need to do. Very easy.

I am currently learning under a ex-BBDC instructor who taught there for more than 10 years. Based in yck area but test at ssdc. He is very patient and always tries to boost your confidence unlike some other instructors who will blame you for making mistakes. PM me if interested.
Check your PM. :)

Hi there. Am doing a recommendation for my PDI, Uncle William Ng.

He is a full time Private Driving Instructor(PDI) currently giving Auto lessons near Woodlands/Admiralty (SSDC). He has taught for more than 30 years, so very experienced. Not stern, tells loads of jokes.

I find his lessons enjoyable, as in not so stressed up and tense, also rewarding due to his vast knowledge regarding the passing the TP and traffic conditions in Singapore.

For interested parties, can look up his details @:

William Ng Private Driving Instructor Lessons

P.S: He was previously from one of the driving schools for more than 10years before coming out to teach again.

I'm looking for instructor!

Slow learner resides Tampines, enrolling UBI CDC and learning CLASS 3 Manual.

Please PM me:)

Between, I just enrolled CLASS 2B last week at SSDC (with group of friends) and MARCH BTT .

Anybody, tried taking both at one go? I'm quite lost at when to enroll CDC, what test left to take and etc... But I think I will be guided along the way.
