Reliable Private Driving Instructor?

Hi Guys,

My second attempt after I failed my TP 10 years ago.

I will be taking as a private candidate and would like to know if I should:

i) pass FTT first, apply PDL and engage a PDI, and then book for TP

or

ii) apply PDL and engage a PDI while waiting for FTT and TP

I also notice that the FTT dates are different in each driving school. Is that normal?

Lastly, any good PDI recommendation around Tampines is much appreciated.

Hi people, I'm currently looking for a AUTO/MANUAL PDI in the east area(preferably Tampines) .

I'm thinking of switching to auto due to bad experience with my current manual PDI. Hope you guys can recommend some PDI which could aid in my learning better.

If you think you can pass FTT within 1 try, then get your PDL.

If not, better dont get PDL first.

Looking for auto instructor at bbdc..any recommendation?really need one as for last time was under mr neo,but it was a bad experience for me,always say he is busy,after 2 weeks then can book lesson,then ended up

Hello everyone! I just passed few days ago and posted my own experience in the a separate thread in this forum in case anyone reading this thread might want to know in-depth. That's just because I relied on threads in this forum a lot when I just started learning and hope to help others like me before.

I can recommend my private instructor as well if you need, just drop me a PM! I think he takes both private & auto and mainly BBDC but you can try to ask if he does others.

Hi. I was under him also. He's good. He can be fierce but fierce is good, so that you will remember your mistakes and not make the same mistake during your TP.

My friends and I were under him and we all passed on our first try, even someone like me whose hands and feet cannot coordinate. haha

Give him a call and see if you're comfortable talking to him.
