I think D15 every single 3 bedder also 2+mil. RR had 3 bedders below 2 mil? Thats a steal man… even resale 3 bedders in Parc Colonial and Tre ver also 2+ mil also, might as well buy brand new if below 2 mil… somemore integrated
no 3 bedroom units below 2mil la..

sc can vote
pr cannot vote

didnt know Pr status is so high until it doesnt matter to give clear understanding of the ownership when it comes to new homes ownership

if its mainly PR then it means sc r being priced out .........
And then? So if sc cannot earn enough, it’s because it’s pr’s fault. Everything just blame pr foreigner Govt, seems quite easy life, don’t you think?

No idea… but higher floors will be $$$
About 12psf IIRC and the discount should be less too
Ask your banker then approach your agent … in that order

Interestingly the FEO guy that I spoke with at the showroom yesterday was indicating that Foundation work will likely only start in Q1 2025. That means there is high likelihood of this project only hitting TOP in 2028.

I'm also hoping Woh Hup gets the project too as they built my current place as well.
Trying to sell those 3-4 bedroom units?
But it means your payments will be due later right ? Maybe buy a T bill for six months 👍

Nah.. was just revisiting the showflat to take note of the minor details concerning the finishing being provided. Already booked a small unit on the first day to hedge my long term plans of possibly staying it in for retirement.

Incidentally I was browsing the 4 bedder showflat and overheard a conversation between an agent and her client. The client was asking details about buying a 4 bedder on trust for his kid and the agent basically outlined how it must be paid in cash as well as a 65% ABSD payment. To which the client responded "No Problem". Must be nice to have a rich dad. LOL!!!

Believe that 65% absd on trust can be claimed back

Congrats!!! You own both in single name? Yeah its nice to have rich parents, the huge advantage the kids have really is life on easy mode. All that talk about making it on your own/own achievement/independence is tbh just self-comfort, nobody cares/knows if your parents basically threw money to ensure you got a professional degree and then used their connections to get you a great job plus downpaid your apartment…

Will definitely do it for my kids next time if i can, no point waiting till i pass on for them to take the money. By that time they may have already passed the prime of their life, having your house downpaid in your 20s and inheriting funds in your 40s to 50s is a huge difference…

if the kids abandon their parents after receiving help, can only blame oneself for not bringing them up with the right values then.. after all we bring our kids in this world hoping for them to succeed.

Nope.. had to decouple to buy it. The last time I was in the market was back in 2009 before all these ABSD nonsense started. Not much runway left before banks are even willing to loan me money.. Hahahaha.
