Video of the project, on top of the obvious things like retail space, bus interchange, underground link to MRT, this project is crazy. The amount of details paid into the residential part is crazy.

Definitely won't be cheap looking at the way everything is put into the project.

Seriously .. what's so exciting about a tiny residential project surrounded by 4 major roads??

How about a condo inside a highway ramp next time?

I think this project has a good balance of everything - proximity to good primary schools, amenities, transport, nature etc. but yea the road noise and the price really is a turn off. Hoping that they launch at a reasonable price so I can at least even consider putting down a cheque as I really like this area

I think those who buy this project are mainly for own stay and has to serve a need, not a want. Making profits shouldn't be their top objective

Agreed, am looking to buy for own stay but if entry price is too high, hard to rationalise as well...

Now all speculation I don't think got so high la, anyway why radio station also went to speculate on condo lol.

I am guessing indicative launch is $25xx, but average transacted is $27-28xx since the unit mix and size are so different

Yeah they held on to their Amber Sea for so long, kept delaying and delaying the launch. FH landbank, they hold very close.

It is interesting that there's still a plot of land which is ?GLS across the road, adjacent to the Linq, which can become another condo and block views of the nature reserve, especially for the lower floors.
The entrance is at the Anak Bukit Road, which is one way, so if you are coming from the other side, you'll need to U turn at the Bukit Timah / Anak Bukit junction..
Lets also see if they add another exit to the Beauty World MRT... right now it's close to a 10min walk from condo exit to the actual gantry, which is close to the Exit B Chun Tin road side...

I think the 1.57 ones are the lowest floor in the west facing block facing the junction of jurong kechil and bukit timah ..
