Too high? Too low? We also have to consider then floor plates, if we go look at their unit mix and floor area, their 3-5bedder are larger than average new launch today, even at 2.4k psf the quantum going to be $3.5m and up

The 2 bedder and 3 bedroom compact I am guessing they may sell around $2.7k. Nowadays need to cut through the noise and look beyond the marketing

For such a medium Poon is too high of course
But then of course there will still be buyers willing to pay since sinkies are rich
