Let's see the price, FEO just sold 90%+ OHV at $2.4-3.4k psf in D10, not sure if they going D21 to set another benchmark

Video of the project, on top of the obvious things like retail space, bus interchange, underground link to MRT, this project is crazy. The amount of details paid into the residential part is crazy.

Definitely won't be cheap looking at the way everything is put into the project.

A lot of projects do have such details.. and the video is well made
Like Malaysian hotels, the initial impressions are nice but build and details.. that’s where projects differ ..

Yea I was quite impressed, looking at the way they design the project and vertical landscaping, if they can sell 2.3-2.4k psf I think demand will be great. The architect, main con and developer all have credentials of their own not like the LINQ

Imo Far East waiting to see Continuum performance before finalising
Lol, all waiting for each other.
coincidentally, this year most new launches are in the range of 23xx-27xxpsf thereabout. (3 D15, reserve, pinetree, terrahill, blossom)
maybe end up Lentor hill buyers became most profitable in the end if they launch below 2kpsf. 😁

Would you consider Lentor Hill ?

Imo developers will follow the playbook of 2018 - 2019, especially for Lentor. Spread out their launches over time, Launch selected units only, and slowly sell over time. Should be easier for Lentor, because it is mainly controlled by Guocoland/Hong Leong.

I suspect Lentor Hill will launch at a slightly lower price than Botany, and use that as a marketing USP. Cheaper than Botany but beside MRT & mall.

Yes I will consider LH if it’s below 2kpsf. If can trade a 2+S in D15 for the same quantum in LH 3 bedder, why not? In fact, may be safer 😁
I still get to enjoy the proximity to LM, malls, mrt and st nicks.

Or would you rather wait till Lentor Gardens ? Likely similar psf as LH, but will be under the new URA GFA guidelines, without aircon ledge space, and strata area calculated from the middle instead of outside of the exterior wall.

Must see how LH is priced. Coz I believe LG won’t be launching so soon and it’s quite likely the developer will still protect its price, given the developer’s profile.

Something for potential buyers to note
Both TRR and Linq are advertised as being minutes to the MRT
BUT…
Only the Linq is a 2-3 min walk to the exit A.
TRR will be 2-3 minutes to the underground connector NOT the gantry. There’s a 4-500m walk to the gantry where you enter the tickets gantry into the train escalator
It’s a piece of deceptive advertising

Over a year, you’ll walk a lot that’s further than say Mayfair to MGS except that’s not sheltered.
But from the Albert MRT to MGS it’s another 400m uphill unsheltered
Good cardio 👍
