Sorry, is +4 ORNS. (Edited back again, since its minimum > 13 ORNS)

Exact words in black & white:

"The completed ORNS training cycle for KAH is minimum 8 high key ICTs and
> 13 ORNS year up to the statutory age of 50 years old."

This applies if u are a KAH officially (i.e receiving KAH allowance annually, usually just C.O, O.C, CSM/BSM/RSM). Local appointments not counted.

my unit CSM and OC all going to MR or post out soon so they are looking for replacements.

you can imagine how tense the sgt and officers are whenever this matter is brought up. and then you can see all the men smiling, waiting to see which unlucky fellow kena it.

yea agree on this if u want to finish fast just make noise say u want to clear every year, got ex ns mates that finish at 34

I finished at 35 and I had disrupted 2 years and deferred twice. If not I would have MRed at age 31!

However, my pes status is now Perm and i have already completed 3 high key ICTs. Would i still continue to remain as a PTE despite all that? Hope to hear from you bros. Thanks.

a little out of topic, but you will continue to be PTE until your unit decides to promote you (eg. good performance, need you to take on more responsibilities etc)

yup it is possible to finish early

eg. ORD at 20, 10 ORNS = finish before 30 years old is possible
