You mean the screen of the ATM machine? I am referring to the case of withdrawing cash from using Revolut from an ATM in Vietnam.
Yes, the exchange rate will be displayed on the atm screen, if u agree with the exchange rate then they will dispense the cash.

Everyone’s link is limited to end of this month . That’s the length of the promo period . No need to create demand for your referral based on fake scarcity.

Please share your thoughts why Revolut isn't safe/reliable?

For weeks I have been trying to bank transfer to my own bank accounts in Singapore. Fully verified with Singpass, Nric and bank accounts and not limited. They even go to the extreme to ask you for photos of your ID, photos of all your credit cards, screenshots of all transactions with your name and so on. Gave them all the documents and still cannot get back my own money. Wanted to close account and they say cannot. Any financial company will lose credibility when you manually decline your client's own money.

Talking to ghost agents and no number to call at all.

For weeks I have been trying to bank transfer to my own bank accounts in Singapore.

I am curious about this - did they provide advice on why you are having difficulties? I suspect the Singapore Government has placed restrictions on the ability to transfer funds from a Singapore-based Revolut account to a bank account in Singapore. This would be similar to, and consistent with, the restrictions that have been placed on YouTrip, GrabPay etc.

I had transferred about SGD300 to a bank account in Australia in October - that worked like a charm, and I would do it again when the need arises.

Revolut has a remittance license, different from YouTrip and GrabPay which are Stored Value Facilities. So I doubt its a license issue

I could not find a document that lists out explicitly the types of permissible activity for the licence, but I did find the following from the MAS website: "Remittance business involves the acceptance of moneys for the purpose of transmitting them to persons in another country or a territory outside Singapore."

So it looks like there may be restrictions to transferring funds to a bank account in Singapore if you have a Singapore-based Revolut account.

Customer Service needs improvement

There's goes my sign up bonus.

Make a purchased and used revolut card to make payment. Transaction successful, and waited for 3 days and no sight of the $10 sign up bonus.

Seek help thru the app, an agent Rita "was attending" me but yet kept posting the same statement asking how she can help me. Once posted my question, she pop a link stating the article may help. When I reply it won't help, the agent just left and a pop up msg stating agents are busy and will the waiting time is at least 1 hour.

I wonder will the card still work ... in Singapore already like that if go overseas ...

Was reading some articles and discovered some cases where ATMs in Europe swallowed the card, after one selected their choice of conversion and the ATM pop out a msg stating "Out of Order". No cash came out.

Hi all, for overseas ATM withdrawal, need to do any registration or what beforehand?

Tried last week in Vietnam but was not successful ("card number not existent?!). The Revolut card is linked in to the Revolut account, got balance and the "ATM withdrawal deactivated" is not on.

I just made a police report against revolut singapore .

#revolutsingapore. #revolut. #policereport. #mas
If there is no criminal intention, police will not take action. Your case more likely is a dispute or negligence. Should inform MAS, more appropriate.

You mean you like to top up your Revolut account (probably with a CC to earn **/miles) then transfer back the amount to a Singapore based bank account? Wouldn’t it occur to you that there’s a gap here that needs to be closed?

Tons of people will be abusing this if this is allowed.
