Did you check your card settings in the Revolut app? online transactions usually by default is set to enabled. But can double check. Maybe yours set to disabled.I can't seem to toggle to allow online transaction upon creating the card... how ah? can't add the card to simplygo cos will fail at the enets page cos can't deduct the 10 cent for authentication.

Sometimes simplygo will not reflect until next day. Usually it's immediate. Nothing to do with revolut though, it's simplygo's problemunderstand that it takes 5 days or $15 for mastercard to show up on the revolut app transaction history...

Sometimes simplygo will not reflect until next day. Usually it's immediate. Nothing to do with revolut though, it's simplygo's problem
SimplyGo has improved much since their beginnings buggy stage. The updates on the portal/app will take mostly 1 day to update, and I have never encountered missing exit issues for more than a year or two. Just make sure that you take out properly, especially at MRT gantry where you may tap too fast after the previous person haven't fully exited yet.thanks both for your replies... it's been more than 12 hours (next day) but it's still empty on my SimplyGo.. likewise it's not updated in the Revolut app (but for that I understand since it's a MC).
very wary about those 'missing exit' nonsense from past experience with SimplyGo so just want to make sure they keep track properly with me using Revolut for the first time.
anyway.. can only wait and see when it's either charged on the card or updated on SimplyGo (wonder when)![]()

SimplyGo tracks by card number & won’t be able to tell if you use a different card Even if they are linked to the same Revolut account (eg you registered the online card but tap using the physical card).it's more than 24 hours (or like > 36 hours) and the SimplyGo is still empty. No transaction record at all.

For Mastercard contactless bank cards, fare charges will be accumulated for up to 5 days or after a total of $15 is spent on transit fares, whichever is earlier.... my bus/MRT ride on 24th (Sunday) still not posted today (29th). Is it normal? It's only showing -$0.10 pending in the app.
Does the app also shows the breakdown of the trips like Google Pay?
my SimplyGo account still showing nothing for the card. TransitLink says we supposed to wait 7 days after card activation before adding a new card into the SimplyGo app. First time hearing this...
really crappy experience overall. I don't think I'll get to enjoy the 20% cashback for public transport for this month..
note: card was activated on 24th itself before it was used for the first time.
