Very long. You better ask them how to close and cash out. Cos once limited, you cannot even ATM or do bank transfer. Prob thats their way of holding customers cash for a very long time. Even their bank transfer takes 1 week instead of the usual 1 min or 1 day.

Same here i topup 1.5k on 25th oct and they limit it liao. I sent them payslip last week but no response so far. In app chat also nothing and no hotline to call. I tried to transfer out but they limit the function.

They let you topup to 20k before they flag your account yet limit mine when it hits 3k..really see me no up siah
