Thanks I've received the noti too. Suspected most likely the case as they've already issued physical masters for the basic tier for a while now so those holding visas are the earlier adopters in the early years.

For bus/mrt transport, you have to do bank transfer $100 to enjoy the 20% cashback (capped at $10)

Not entirely true. I have withdrawn cash using revolut Visa before in Japan for no fees. It depend on which ATM you used.

their support is very poor.

I might just switch back to using DBS Live Fresh for transport. At least will guarantee 5%

Yeah I already stopped using because ICBC is giving 20+1.5%.

But if they can't resolve I won't use them again

i got the max $10 cashback though, used $50 revolut for bus/mrt before changing to standard chartered SMART for the rest of the month to get 6%. Did you use your revolut consistently for transport?

There's only one condition which is to top up 100 from bank right?

I used more than 50 and got only 0.87

my jan rebate was fine so i was a bit surprised to see Feb screwed up.

anyway, i was more concerned with the level (or lack of) support I am getting via their app. Almost non existent.

the supoprt? makes little difference to me.
what i dislike is Revolut likes to bundle all sorts of nonsense & services into its singular plan - i.e. overseas atm withdrawals, travel insurance all of which i don't use - then BILL you for it. every mth, deduction, but i don't ever use it.
