Will just take statins till got overall improvement
I believe as long as my diet remains with veggies,nuts,seafood and chicken (without PB for the time being), cholesterol levels will get better
I not only walk 70mins a day, 6h a week but also stand most of the timeThink u need to exercise too.
Work 8h, only get seated for an hour ,standing for 6.5h
