Takes wholesome natural food as much as u can, with more veggies n some low sugar fruits, drink lots of plain water and most of all, exercise.Good to know her self treatment is doing fine

Highest reading is 7.1 for today, after I jiak glass noodles
The reading was in the range of 5.7 to 10 on 2nd Jan as off days are my cheat days
My sis fasting sugar reading was down to 5.3Actually after watching a few videos of her which are shared by you, realized she is very pretty
Anyway my last FBC was Oct last year, didnt do it again because hba1c not good, waiting for this 7.3mmol/l to go below 6.3 first, it went down from like 8

My routineMy sis fasting sugar reading was down to 5.3
Alc was 6.3
All numbers were good according to doctor.
She now makes an effort to eat healthily, incorporating cruciferous veggies at lunch with salmon and tumeric.
Eating kimchi and avocado daily,
She takes a tablespoon of extra virgin oil in morning.
She also added supplements like magnesium, vitamin D with k2 and D3 and also fish oil.
She started taking 1 instead of 2 metafomin for diabetics without informing her doctor.
But she did a change in diets.
She is testimony that medicine won’t heal you: only food is thy medicine.
Medicine only helps yo manage your symptoms.
As for me, I m good.
Recently, I found taking soursop regularly proves to be more beneficial than any fruits. I also take avocado and blueberries regularly
NoU got drink tea? I tried glucocare tea recently after meal. Morning drink green tea.
I have started to drink cod liver oil daily for the past 2-3 weeksyeah i avoid fish oil as well.
