All her symptoms pointed to Colon cancer and she reflected doctor’s recommendation for scope.
Hence, doctors have left her to herself except seeing her twice a year for prescriptions: iron supplements high blood pressure, high cholesterol n diabetics
She is walking twice a day and has lost considerable weight.
She is eating healthily for lunch : tumeric brocolli salmon etc and is taking one whole pineapple a day for her constipation.

Got one time I eat 2 packs of dried guava 500g * 2 but drink not much fluids. I constipated.
When finally get the stools out - all black. Doctor say the bulk might have caused some internal bleeding.
She told me not to eat so much next time, it might have cause some rupture.
If you ate something sharp (with shell / husks something) it could gouge through the intestinal linings.
As long as you dun feel pain, it should be ok.

Already went for my gastro appointment 2 days back, told the doc the problem, he checked my anal and he said the color is brown ,did FBC and RBC is hitting the limit
