Good point! I assume @yobyella is not sick :p
I'm a coffee drinker, hard to switch to tea. So I'm taking black coffee now. Some days I cheat, I add some sugar.

I intend to switch to green tea. Read so much benefits fm green tea. Looking for quality green tea

Even if I do that, 7+? Got so power?
After you discharged from TTSH, go try a few times.

Eat a double boiled steamed veg soup with pork rib without rice, then go slowly walk for 2km then pick up the pace for next 3km. Come back home, rest and drink some plain water to replenish. Then straight go sleep. Next day before breakfast do a finger prick and update here.

Should incorporate more fasting and controlled diet. Really no choice. At least enjoy your life 40 years plus. Now have have to control or you die fast fast
Fasting and control diet is not enough without exercise.

He die die has to do exercise and diet control.

He won't die fast fast, his worst case scenario is kidney dialysis 4 hrs each, 3 times a week. Nevermind his wife can pay his monthly dialysis bill of approx $3000.

Brown rice has a lower glycemic index (GI) than white rice, which means that it is digested slower, having lesser effect on blood sugar.

Brown rice is good for diabetic but if your diabetic condition is out of control and has started to damage your kidney, meaning you are progressing through different stages of End Stage Kidney Disease, then you cannot take brown rice.
Thanks. Is Basmati low GI rice friendly to kidney patient? Or they can only eat limited white rice?

1 hr of brisk walking. Will it help for those who are diabetic?

Let say between jogging and brisk walking. I suppose jogging will bring down the diabetic level faster?
Google lah.

Google says brisk walking.

There is no one thing alone that will bring down the diabetic level or maintain it. It's a combination of diet and exercise. Taking meds alone also will not help. Doesn't means take meds can anyhow eat. It's not an antidote.

Its good to control the input and output sides together.

More physical activity.

Limit the intake side especially refined carbs like soda, rice, noodles, creamer, cookies, etc

To add on, there is also the middle side. The psychology and physiology. Not enough sleep and stress can raise BG.

Glycemic index of brown rice is about 50; glycemic index of Basmati rice is between 50 and 58. Both are ok to consume a small portion for diabetic patient.

Kidney patient if undergo kidney dialysis just take white rice (GI of 89) will do, anyway the toxin in the blood will be filtered by the dialysis machine, tgt with glucose, sodium, potassium... etc.

Small intestine part eroded and they had clipped back to prevent bleeding, so I still can't eat as I need to stay for another night

They are observing to see is there any blood in my stool ,if nothing, they would give me iron to raise my haemoglobin back so for now, it is expected to see further lower reading of haemoglobin that's why I need to stay for observation
