The CEO answered every single question with a lengthy answer in the form of comments. It wasn't a podcast or live listening session - all in words! The questions were really solid tbh.

Maybe because they invested in the S&P and not the DOW.

Dividends from bond ETFs claimed back, but not for equity ETFs, so someone who DIY can still do better, I guess. What comments you seeking for?

Smartly performance slightly better since the allocation has some bonds to cushion the recent drop.

Seems like Stashaway is the only robo that holds regular events and seminars where you can ask the staff questions.

Actually, the only thing I've seen is a slight increase in my gold percentage and decrease in stocks percentage. I'm using the highest risk portfolio and and was informed that there would be rebalancing in the form of bonds purchase etc. I guess it may also have something to do with the amount you've invested in. Smaller amounts = smaller loss so no need to rebalance?

My auto-optimisation is set to 'On' btw.

Thanks. I don't think it should depend on amount. What is small for 1 person can be large for another person. Also since it is all automated, it must be consistent across all portfolios with similar risk rating, I guess.
