Hi all

I’m a new investor looking to invest with Syfe for the 100% REITs. Any pros able to advise on potential returns and if anyone has a referral code also?

Please pm me if there’s a recent referral code as I’m unable to PM others

Thanks!

The dividends alone should be about 4-5% each year. I have a comparison thread for the 2 REITs portfolio on Syfe, but it's relatively new, so it isn't very informative at the moment.

I've already PMed you my referral code.

HI, I just started with Syfe reit+ and stashaway ETF at 16% risk preference, what other investments can I do to compliment my robo investment? I'm also considering S&P 500, VWRA, STI etc, any advices?

err. that depends on what you believe doesn't it?

If you believe the US stock market will go up, S&P500.
If you believe the SG stock market will go up, STI.
If you believe the Global Stock Market will go up, VWRA.
If you believe S-Reits as a whole will go up, Syfe's Reit+ will probably be fine.
If you believe in Stashaway's ERRA and their CFO, some Stashaway portfolio.

If you believe in the value factor, Endowus DFA products.
If you believe in Syfe's ability to pick factors, Syfe Equity100.
If you believe in Syfe/Stashaway ability to predict market drops, any of their risk managed products.
If you believe in Globally Diversified, Market Weighted, but want a robo to hold your hand, Autowealth.

If you believe you can pick the best stock and want to go all in. Tesla. =p

StashAway 36% risk portfolio or Syfe equity 100?

If can’t decide just invest both. Syfe TER is a lot lower <1% if you invest $20k I think. Stashaway 0.8% + etf fund fees is >1% fees a year. That’s 10%-15% of AUM eaten up by fees in 10 years.

Roughly I google the etf allocations. Stashaway allocates a lot in KWEB and GLD. KWEB expense ratio is already 0.76%. GLD is 0.4%.
Syfe QQQ etf expense ratio only 0.2%

PM you my referral code.

StashAway 36% risk portfolio or Syfe equity 100?

I've tried both, ultimately went with Stashaway 36%. Only downside is that it is lot more conservative (because of gold allocation even in the 36% portfolio) than the Equity 100 portfolio, but at least you get decent exposure to China too.

Maybe try out Syfe's Equity100 portfolio?

b it stashaway Msia or sg....U could learn more here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gx3E9JXbLUo
For those into DCA($cost avg)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tM__xuDjg0A
Now into China tech too, Stashawy & Forex flux is the last thing to impact your pf values: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sD5-0vJNLfQ&feature=emb_title

now there is also Endowus!
but there is no such thing as profiling u for 100% risk mgt........
cos riskstd deviation can be up till any figures : but u definitely, can pick to have 100% Equity max
Note for eg @ SYfe : (no1 will subj your client to a 50% risk - this is too scary!)
1) Equity100 -There is no risk management. (cos all r eqty)
2) Global ARI - Risk is kept at 5-25% depending on the risk level selected by the client.
3) 100% REITS - There is no risk management. (cos all reits)

https://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/131339730-post395.html
i thk he meant 100% eqty (possible for both Oa & cash) Risk is abt 12-13%

for ref , theirs is to sign @ site , eg-https://www.stashaway.sg/referrals/chunchohzg (not a code)

How is Syfe global ARI 25% risk vs Stashaway Core 22% risk.
I am mainly looking for risk adjusted decent returns and planning to put 25k in each of these 2 and leave them. I am taking 50k margin loan from IBKR against my STI ETF at 1.5% interest rate. As long as these portfolios can beat 1.5% I will be happy.

Any thoughts?

If long term, go with 36% portfolio in Stashaway, or 100%Equity if you go with Syfe. Personally, I think Stashaway has better user experience.
