Morning, I'm looking at Queenstown blk 167 Stirling Road,3 room.

This flat is leased 1971. I am quite concern about pro rated hdb loan amount, I am 35 this year.

I never think about resale before... You have just highlighted a good point,thanks. I can also look for resale flats.

Give it a day or so. Cos usually they upload slower. If still not thr at the end of week probably give hdb a call

Yes they do. Even on sunday as well. I understand for rof they do selection till quite late n on weekends as well

I got an appointment with HDB sales office with the number of 3038 on 12 Nov. Applied new flat under Fiancee/Fiance scheme.

What does that mean ah. Sales of balance flats only or Nov BTO?

How does this thing work?
