did they frown or tsk? when u ask to u uturn?![]()
I estimate that if one were to stay within 10 min walk or shuttle service from RTS, it will take at most 1.5 hours of travel via MRT to reach a workplace near an MRT station.
If a Malaysian is renting a room with an attached toilet for about S$1k in SG, he might spend S$1.5k (RM $5k) to rent a 3 bedder in JB and co-share with another 2 tenants i.e. S$500 with condominium facilities and lower cost of living.
So, rental in JB will surge once RTS opens.
They can buy those 1 bedder in jb. Only 400k rm
I wonder why they dont add a marine viaduct for car since constructing for train, can run parallel, will have saving.
Then your wife how?![]()
The studio/1-bedders that are walkable to RTS are about RM $500k+ now.
RTS Link will bring the economy from Singapore to Johor Bahru and the rest of Malaysia. The high frequency of the metro will help to bring the two countries closer together, and eventually dissolve the differences between the two countries.hmm, I find it very strange that Msia was very keen to build this RTS
given that S$1 : RM3.4 something, wouldnt Msia feel budget pressured from the cost of the construction?
or it is lucrative to recover the cost when Sporeans flock to JB?

Malaysia probably saw this, that is why they are committed to building the RTS Link and making this into a reality.
also worth it if they work in sinkapore.
They will have a way to get the $ back from the sinkies who goes there...hmm, I find it very strange that Msia was very keen to build this RTS

I think 1-bedder near RTS can hit RM $700k by 2027.
The projection is 40,000 commuters every day via RTS. If 1/4 is shoppers and each spend about RM $100, that's RM $1 mil revenue a day. It is a very good investment for JB.
And more will date jiubupoh, xx soon will comment jhb too for stealing sinkimenā¦.More singles will go over and buy properties much earlier than need to wait for 35 yrs old
