the mansa staff took their cpu and put in
it booted instantly

why did my own crucial 2x16gb fail to boot on my own PC when i slotted them in??

Not sure you need someone to check those ram.
You can bring to Convergent ask them check for you.

The mansa staff booted up the PC instantly with the same 2x16gb sticks, didnt even needed to test with just one

A random guess but it could be that your ram was not seated properly. Some mobo the ram slot is very tight so need more strength to push it down. Some (usually those with latch on only one side) easy to push down but the ram seats loosely in the slot. For the latter, i have ever experienced situations where I dusted my PC internals and accidentally hit the ram and even though it seemed like it was still properly seated, the PC couldn't boot up (stuck in a rebooting loop) after that and I had to fiddle with the ram and nudge it to what I think was the "middle" of the slot then it would boot up.

:(

That cpu cooler you can put another fan in front so it will pull more air into the cooler.
Since you are using that Crucial ram there's no ram clearance to worry about.

some nitpicking about the casing some of the corner glass areas pretty sharp
quality wise still behind my other china casing VK03
closing and opening the glass panels needs some strength resulting in a slamming sound
the LCD display is a bit dim even at full brightness

Did you reset CMOS on your own PC when you tried it? Perhaps it was trying to apply the old RAM settings somehow to the new RAM sticks.

:(
To be honest, anything is possible. i would not say 100% is scam. sometimes its just unlucky when you setup then cpu died. generally if you buy from carousell and the item no longer have warranty, you can always ask for personal warranty, i think 1-3 days is good enough depends on the item. thats why i do when i sell items in carousell. If the buyer have any doubts, i will give personal warranty with disclaimer, eg, during the transaction, ask the buyer to check the item no physical damage, take a picture if need to. if suay suay need to return, just check the item, if no physical damage or burnt, just refund ba. if have damage, then no refund.
