Hi all, is there any Ryzen R5 1600 ITX B350 mobo? Wanted to get a AIO PC originally but decided that a diy is more economical. Planning on putting in a 1070 gpu as well, but not sure about the rest, been a long while since I built one. Mainly want to play FF14 for now so thats not too demanding, but want to be able to play other games in future.

Budget about 2k including monitor (heard 144hz is good?). anyone can recommend me a build? Thanks a lot.

Do take note that the AB350N by Gigabyte has an odd component layout that may be tougher for cable routing as pointed out by a couple of reviews (Science Studio, OC3D). If you're getting a case with a back chamber for cables, think where the cables will go and where they might dangle.

If you have a case window, then an alternative with a standard ITX layout might be ideal.

I'm also planning to build a mini-itx with Ryzen 1600.
Read that the wraith spire that comes with it cannot fit into small cases like Node 202 or RVZ02. The specs said the cooler is around 50 mm but it doesn't seems to be factor in the fan thickness. The actual height is around 70mm and it exceeds Node 202/RVZ02's 58mm clearance. So, if you are intending to get these small cases, do add another $50+ for a slim cooler like cryorig c7.

I'm taking my chance on RVZ01. Hopefully the default cooler can fit in.
If anybody has any experience in this, please share. Thanks in advance.

My sister has one. With the Gigabyte Motherboard and a Ryzen 7 1700 + GTX 980.

There's also an M2 slot where I got her a Samsung evo 960.

It's inside an Ncase M1. The Wraith cooler has a lot of space in there and does not spin up much. Very quiet.

2k is a bit difficult though with a monitor. Are you getting Gsync monitor?

After reading all the comments, below is what I have in mind:

CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 1600 6-Core - $294 (Newegg)
Motherboard: Asrock Fatal1ty X370 ITX - $220 (Newegg)
RAM: CORSAIR LPZ 2400MHZ 8GB X 2 - $204 (PC Themes)
PSU: ?
SSD: SAMSUNG 960 EVO M.2 256GB - $199 (PC Themes)
CPU Cooler: ?
Case: Cougar QBX - $75 (Newegg)

Total $992 (so far)

What PSU do I need, and do I need a cooler (not intending to OC). And if I get parts separately where do we usually get it assembled with good cable management?

Appreciate all the responses so far!

if you buy from sls you can get it assembled at pc themes for $10~20. cheaper than those spam pms you get from bros here offering their services.

i would suggest you buy all in 1 shop and assemble free there. if not, they will charge $20~50 for assemble.

You forgot about newegg shipping fees. Just casing alone costs S$51.41 shipping fees.

If you want cheap, amazon 1600 costs S$285.59 with free shipping.

According to reviews, aftermarket fan will cool down 8~10°C better than stock fan at full load.

I highly suggest getting the motherboard and graphics card in Singapore. Those 2 parts are breakdown prone and then you'll be a able to use the warranty for that.

The Gigabyte board costs less than that in Sim Lim btw.

Think about $190. No need for an extra 3rd party cooler.

the asrock go for the b350 board. not worth paying the extra 45usd.

the difference is the provided antenna on the x370 and xfire/sli(which you cant do on itx board unless it supports pcie bifurcation and you using it).
atm i believe theres some problems with the asrock mobo heatsinks. read this >ASRock X370 Gaming-ITX/ac and AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac. but tldr is the 1 with thick pad isnt as good.

corsair sf450, check doraemon price, might be cheaper than pc theme.

no need cpu cooler.
