What defects did your S22U have? Just wondering.

The metal frame touching the display was chipped. Samsung and Shopee refused to replace. So sold it. Stayed away from Shopee after that for big ticket items.

Ringke SP for s23 ultra sucks. It was so hard to apply and once you apply it's all bubbly and can get wrinkled so easily. Removed immediately. It also had a rubbery feel. Looking for new SP now lol

Yes. The wing doesnt make sense while using a case. I bought Okonz UV SP, will go install when this SP gets wrecked.

But I must say, the rubbery feeling will go away after a few days. Not entirely but it did improve. The SP also have a very strong chemical smell, seems like some sort of glue/agent.

ESR SP seems to be much better at finger print smudges and it feel nicer. Used it on the S21U previously, but didnt buy coz its much expensive

Trying to build a magsafe setup for the S23 ultra - putting magnetic ring to Ringke Onyx case. Will the magnetic ring stick to the Ringke onyx case due the case' texture? Please share if you tried this setup. Thank you.

Yes. The wing doesnt make sense while using a case. I bought Okonz UV SP, will go install when this SP gets wrecked.

I bought the Spigen neoflex, it's the kind you spray water every where to apply. So far a bit of bubbles but they claim will go away when dry. Application was a bit messy but manageable if you don't mind wetting your phone. It's case friendly so curved sides not fully covered, it's just tpu so probably won't protect against drops. Fingerprint works fine, no need re register

Yes, same here. lifting at 1 corner, but the installer did warn that Spigen casing (I am using ultra hybrid) too tight. Need to use either Samsung original or UAG casing.

Mine still acceptable cos only 1 corner small lifting, but seems like the finerprint registration is hit and miss

Will the film/hydrogel fit well at the edge for S23 Ultra? Does Tempered glass SP affect the sensitivity? Is Zeelot or WSD better?

I placed order for Samsung original SP on Qoo10 but there is a delay in shipping and my phone has arrived yesterday when in fact they say it will be delivered after 3rd Mar. I need to send in my trade-in phone by next Monday. So I am in a fix now.

its ok to live without SP, i been doing that N8, N9, S21. The screen wont scratch easily, of cos, good to have.

Ringke cases works fine with Okonz tempered glass. Just nice enough buffer for the case not to touch the glass

there are many diff types & models, most shld work fine, just depends on individual's preferences on the design.
Just take note that those cheap ones are just metal ring. some are magnetic by itself. if the magnetism is too strong, it will affect the spen. My advice is get the metal only since the accessories will have its own magnet

Wah. I bought tough armour. Also see like no allowance. Haven't really start bringing it out and use so no lifting yet. Means i need buy a UAG casing ah? Very ex leh. And i want those protective can protect sides one. Any recommendation?

anyone know of any case with ring built into it? s23 ultra a bit heavy, thinking of having a ring to slide my finger into for easier grip.
