Yes, indeed it is so. I haven't received my reply I have sent to them since, like, 2 weeks ago. I am getting cross and I want to switch over to ordering parts from mucro.asia... :(

Whats wrong with ordering parts from us? You need to complain to our email so we know there is something wrong with pricing. We don't have all the time in the world to update the prices as we are waiting for our programmer to fix pricing issues. We also have wages to pay now, we are not a one man show.

Mmm yea, cube is very slow in replying mails, mucro still have faster email support in my own opinion.

Mmm didn't they just shot themselves in their own foot? :D I don't believe the complain was on murco... :X

No, I wasn't complaining about your company in the first place. It was the other way round. I was complaining about Cubehub's service.

Mucro's service was pretty good, ordered an 8662 from them, and got it delivered the very next day. So far no problems with it.

Quick qn: If I keep the laptop plugged in with battery will it spoil the battery? Most modern laptops won't spoil. I have been using a lenovo r61 for 1.5 years always plugged in. I noticed sometimes it says: "Plugged in, not charging" when around 90%+ power, does my 8662 support this (so far don't see it, always at 100%? Or it doesn't matter because the battery will survive anyway.

Don't want to take out the battery because the charger is quite loose and easily dislodged.

Wah next day? most prob they have stocks for the chassis in store, then just delivery straightaway, or just "slap on" inventory parts to a barebook I guess.

For me, my lappy is all ordered and delivered on order from US. Bit more "special" haha, but need to wait for about 2 weeks.

Yea, I know that to prolong battery life, you should use it without the battery, as constant charging is bad. Always discharge completely and recharge for the best results on the long term.

BUT

The problem is that most laptop are wired in a way these days (like Handphone chargers) that it will auto cut off power when they detect the battery fully charged. So it won't be always charging-discharging. Still yet to confirm this for sager laptops though, as it always seems to be charging. (always ON)

What's more the sager manuals always recommends the battery NOT to be removed even when using it plugged in, not sure of that, all my other non-sager lappies I always remove battery when using for whole day.

To remove the battery of my Sager bit more difficult too, need to unscrew 3 screws at the bottom to remove it, very troublesome. So want to know also better to remove for my case as well.
