The 7.3 screen is good for to use...but when on move (walking), high chance of drop due to knocking or sway from crowd.
This is where the 4.6" comes in handy.
Using the app continuity, it swap to the front
Since its small, a good hand grip is made...and could carry on enjoy the content

The black set has accessories in black...charger, cable, earpiece
The silver set has accessories in white.

The set is veey similar to black...expect back and the hinge is silver.

So far, I've been using the supplied case without removing the non-stick tapestrip, the case covers seem to be holding on fine without the use of the tape. I guess in time, when the case loses its rigidity somewhat, perhaps need to use the tape then.

It is a sticktly tape whereby it "paste" onto phone and makes it harder to be remove. I dont thunk it can be removed.

However, the case has a plastic sheet(those with some ad on it..) and needs to be remove. prior to it

Now the Mate 30 Pro also got people install Google Play Store on it despite there is no default Google Play Store

So what's the issue with the Mate X without Google Play Store? Don't know how to install yourself?

Sadly it is not as simple as installing anymore. UNLESS Huawei places Application stubs in the system there is no way to install such application due to the amount of system permissions required from them. No ordinary side load can side track that because Play store and Play services needs to be system applications with privileged permissions.

On top of that, Google is cracking down on OEMs that ship devices with Play services from Google to distribute apps and services. Resulting in lock down of the Play store and services.

There is a way to fix it for custom rom users but it requires root and rooting is generally not a good method for simple users and shipping a phone rooted is a huge NO NO.

Fold owners, what do you use to clean the main screen? The recent Samsung Fold safety video says to avoid water. So a lightly damped cloth to clean the screen also cannot?

Ya but don’t use tissue or something.

I used microfiber cloth. I have also used a slightly damp cloth.
