Not sure why so many people are concern with the battery life. Normally I will charge either in car or drops below say 40%. Quick charge now and then

My N20u screen went dead on Monday. Phone is working but screen totally dead. Sent in on Tue afternoon at Jurong. Screen and battery replaced. Total wait time is 1 hour.

I'm impressed with the turnaround time. Wish the firmware update is as quick as this.

Unlikely he dropped it, Samsung is unlikely to honour the warranty if the breakdown is proved to be caused by human.

Didn't drop at all. While charging the screen just went dead. Under warranty so no charge

as you are using N8, you will find N20u run warmer than your N8 and heavier.

The rest is a big improvement over your N8 especially the s-pen latency, the brightness.

Hi, does the TPG VoLTE work on Note 20? Or do you need to install a separate TPG dailer app?

My note 20 ultra using $10 TPG plan, good enough for me. Yes note 9 is still a very good phone and I used it daily. Sold it to a good friend of mine and also sun bian fund my note 20 ultra
