I realised the charging is v slow when I use cable connect to desktop to charge in the office, is this a norm?

In office the phone always no network suddenly, sometimes H.sometimes H+, when outside there will b 4G. So weird.

As Note 3 is a high powered charging device, it need a higher power charger to charge. You will need to use the original USB 3.0 cable and connect it to the computer USB 3.0 port, normally computers all have USB 2.0 port, the USB 3.0 port is indicated as Blue.
Use it to charge and it will be faster.

However, it will be best if you can connect it to the wall charger

There's probably nothing in the set that can't be fixed. Unless they are out of parts or too many components failing.

There is still a way for 1 to 1 if u insist bang table threaten, but remember, karma.

You mean when pressing the power button and it takes like 3 secs to switch off the screen? Happened on my set quite a few times on few random occasions. The latest firmware didn't seem to rectify this issue though.

Just realised Note 3 Super AMOLED screen is so Yellow white... When compared to Z1, Note 3 quite sucky for White back display...

tried using samsung smart switch to transfer from iphone 4s to note 3, but transfer always hangs at SMS/messages part. sigh

The battery so far is epic.......from morning 100% till now still left 91% ( i hardly use at all) but for my note, should be left 50%.
