im using the Samsung keyboard. Other than english in it, it have chinese too. Just swipe the spacebar it becomes chinese. Add chinese language at the same place at keyboard settings.

Same here. Charging of battery is slower. Phone tends to heat up more. Icon slow respond, even not responding some time. Need to reboot. Even done a system reset also same.

I have also updated to JB 2 days back but after update my phone seem to auto restart quite often, anyone facing the same problem? Btw, i did not factory reset my phone.

battery lives sucks. Before upgrade, on the same battery, my notes can last 8 hours with 40% remaining battery life. After upgrading, battery down to 10% in 4 hrs. Same level of usage as before.

the only improvement I see is music player where I can further custom the equaliser with echo, envt surround, bass n treble.

Different people got different opinion mah. If u dont like then revert to ICS or get custom rom lo.

Hi Guy, I have redo my guide based on SG Jellybean version (now 6th edition). Hope this will help newbie in rooting and obtaining SG jellybean. Of course, XDA would be the best preferred choice.

For a note, JB is better than ICS (JB> ICS> GB). if u feel much more lag than you previously encounter. Meaning, you have not flash correctly. Try to factory reset it. Your phone would be buttery smooth after dat.

And try not to compare custom ICS vs stock JB. Stock JB sure cannot fight with custom ICS. Wanna compare, pls use custom ics vs custom JB.

im comparing stock ICS vs stock JB and yes for me ICS is more smoother. I thought maybe it was my issue until i did a search online and found out many people encountered the same problem as me. I did not perform any factory reset when I upgraded from GB to ICS and I don't see the need for it now.

I will just stick with this sluggish issue until note 3 comes out...

anyway to get back the gingerbread swype keyboard ? the swype keyboard on jellybean how to change between different langauge like last time...now like quite troublesome...need to long press space bar..

jellybean very laggy...........press the app takes 2 to 3 secs to load.....jialat...

when I need to shutdown or startup, it takes significantly longer.
