Anybody managed to trade in phone with dying screen? My wife's flip4 screen dying within 8months( the bottom half with screen line and flashing beneath it). Samsung claimed she dropped it before so not covered....nbz.
Thinking of trading it in and sell off the s24 . At least get some money back. Still damn happy with my s23u

Anyone recontracted with starhub? I click on the trade in link from my order confirmation. Entered my device s23 ultra 1tb. The confirmation received from CompAsia is only SGD 750 but not reflecting the $400 over trade bonus. Is something amiss?

Same for me... trade in value quoted did not reflect the overtrade. Emailed Starhub but haven't get an answer yet.
