Was waiting for 8/8 discount. Early morning saw singtel selling watch5 bt at $228 and hoot liao.

Watch5 is cheaper now. I get the watch5 BT 44mm from Starhub shop at WWP for $278.

I use M1 numbershare. Network indoors not so good. Outdoors ok.

I'm using m1 plan for my phone line. Super fed up with it and can't cancel w/o penalty so I subbed $10/mth for gomo as backup...

Yes m1 reception not that good. But for 2 Yr phone plan, suppose all telcos have penalty if end contract earlier. Guess not much can be done to this.

Should be available anytime soon I suppose. Anyway u aren't missing much, I still haven't noticed any difference after the update.

Not sure why but my Watch 5 korean set unable to update firmware through samsung wearable connected to my phone through bluetooth. It shows "copying update to your watch" but after running for 15-20 mins still stuck at same screen and nothing happens. End up had to factory reset the watch and then using wifi directly download and install the update through the watch. In the process had to reconfigure everything on the watch again and lost the BP/ECG mod i previously installed.

My Korean set had the same error message too. But after trying a few times, it managed to be updated

The fitness and health features are nice to have if you make use of them regularly. Otherwise nothing really substantial to warrant this update a must.

Update finally arrived for watch 5 pro LTE.

Maybe its just me but after the latest firmware update the battery life on watch 5 seems to have improved noticeably.

The new UI has improved a lot. I can now see the charging status clearly when compared to previous UI.
