Hi guys,

Anyone here have any problem with Media volume? If I mute the device or switch it to vibration mode.. I cant get the media volume control to work again. Even if i switch to sound mode.. I tried going onto music player or video player and up the volume by pressing the volume button but it didnt work.. The only way to get the media volume back again is to go into a full screen game and press the volume button.. Anyone have the same problem as me?

But I encounter this Error when connected to Kies via USB cable.

'This device is not supported by Kies 2.0.
Make sure that your device is supported and try again.

My Kies version; 2.5.0.12094_28

Any idea how to solve this? Thanks in Advance

currently the kies does not support local note 2, therefore you will encounter messages like "your device is not supported for software upgrade by kies". its an error to be fixed soon by samsung.

kies itself is unstable. you need to troubleshoot the usb driver many times to get it to work. you're not alone..

oic. Is there a way to sync my outlook contacts? or at least copy my contacts from my S3 over to Note 2?

Is it a firmware/application problem? Maybe try clearing data and cache for the keyboard application. see if it's better?
