Have to say im very very disappointed in the sandisk products.

First the microsd spoils. Then the clip zip is having some problems. When i connect my headphone to the clip zip, there is only sound on one side. Needed to twist it till there is sound on both side. And if i move the clip zip slightly, the music is gone again.

Im this close to swearing off sandisk products. If i want to get my clip zip fixed do i need to send back to usa? I got mine through sweetevilspree as she shipped it over for me. Local can fix??

wah you very suay leh. kena two lemons at the same time. there is a local service centre but im not sure if they fulfil warranty for items bought overseas.

It might be the obvious but did you try connecting your iem or headphone to another DAP and test?

I've no issues with my Sandisk products so far. Sorry to hear about your lemon set. SG side will not provide warranty for oversea products. Do correct me if I'm wrong.

Got no problems with all the Sansa players I have before but as mentioned you might want to test out on another player first?

Tested with my old sony E445 and my handphone, both headphone and earphone works. Confirm is the clip zip cause i try the free earpiece also like that. Wah i damn suay seriously. Maybe should get the sony f series.

i believe the sansa clip earphone socket is not secured , u re adjust the earphone plug. should be ok

Haven't met a bad set before but **** do happen but you will have to contact them then.

Try do a reset first see if its ok? Really never gotten lemon sets for it before. Hold the power button for 20s see if the problem persist after that.

Tried without sd, tried to reset. Tried with other earpiece/headphone. Is the hole where you slot your jack into got problem. And the thing really laggy. i sent there come back like buying another one leh..
