Can I have multiple appication for SBF?
ie Hougang, Sengkang & Ponggol?

Sorry.. but you cant. :(

Q3.
Can I submit more than one application for the Sale of Balance Flats so that I have a better chance of being short listed to book a flat?

A.
No. Since each family nucleus can buy only one HDB flat, you can submit only one application. We advise you to carefully consider your choice before submitting your application.

wah u have no competitor, bro. :D saw the amount of flats available is less than half of March 2012 one, only 150 ish now. (punggol one)
wish u best of luck, hope u can get it this time.

btw, saw some estates from SoBF March 2012 also still included now, like Regalia, Treelodge, Arcadia, Residences etc, but only a few units each. not really rare people do cancellation after book the flat maybe?

hello again bro..:) thank u so much for ur wishes..this gonna be my 4th attempt...aiming for the same punggol area...

it depends.. if u are a first timer now, most likely u will be given first timer status for this SBF. You will not get first priority bcos SBF is the same as BTO, u have to ballot again.
Queue num will most likely be out at end of Oct, so if u are lucky, yes u can get a ballot num before 30th Oct.
As long as you have not booked a unit, u can have 2 hdb ballot numbers at one time.

so, you are sure that by balloting for this sept sbf, it won't terminate my july bukit merah ballot...? anybody did this before?

Notice there are many 5 room units available for Tiong Bahru View. These flats were not repurchased, meaning previously at launch nobody want to buy ?

According to the HDB website, the results for the September BTO will be released in the third week of October. So barring a severe delay, it should be released before 30 October... ;)

actually i am only interested in waterway woodcress.. bcos i only getting married next year nov.. and woodcress is ready in 2015/2016, just nice for me..

Woodcress looks nice.

Seems like it's rather challenging to get a flat in the SBF exercise.
Does HDB issue queue numbers up to 150% of number of units for sale only?

Really wondering if will even get a number?

HDB Officer said to try BTO instead.
Mature towns also 5% allocation rate.
With a larger base, higher chances.
But still like striking Toto.

No. Last year Sep SBF the 5-room ones were not on offer, maybe they wait so can get higher prices?
