for those who apply 4 rm Punggol, I have made google docs, similar with the March 2012 SoBF. data sort by blocks. have floor area and price info

Hi,

Anyone know what it mean by Probable Completion Date and Delivery Possession Date?
I saw some is like :
Probable Completion Date 1Q/2014
Delivery Possession Date 31 May 2015

Probable Completion Date ==> Estimated date of completion of construction of the flat
Delivery Possession Date ==> Date HDB is required under the Agreement of Lease to deliver possession of flat

PCD is more accurate and usually earlier than DPD, coz if they deliver later than that basically we can sue them :s13:
so they will play safe and put DPD 1 or 2 years later than their project completion date target.

So when u see DPD Jan 2016, u don't need to worry to wait that long. can safely reduce 1 year from that date. some can even finish earlier.
so in ur case, u can expect ur flat will finish ard 1st Quarter 2014. sometimes, if progress smooth maybe can change to 4th Quarter 2013.

wah..this hdb is a silent-killer..compare to last march sbf..the flat prices increased 20-25k..for punggol..they are slowly inching up the price..
after considered carefully we r planning to apply sengkang..30-50k cheaper than punggol..

When will the details of the flats be released?

The SBF details page (with all the exact locations of the units, floorplans etc.) are still for March 2012.. anyone have any idea when the current one will be released?

Am hoping to get a gander at what's available before deciding on my 1 option... Thanks!

The actual floor plan will only be released after the application is closed.

anyone applying for EM for woodland?

I saw an EM at woodlands at $491k (146Sqm) only one left. It's near to MRT plus other amenities around. Personally, i feel that it's quite a potential flat consider the thomson line. what do u all think? chance not high, but we are first timer and had applied for 2 times bto and failed to get a decent queue number.

hi guys, noobie here.. if say I apply for SBF, got a queue number but didn't like the available unit in the area, decided to give up the queue number, will there be any penalty even if I have not chosen any unit. ???

I saw some balance flats which are pretty old, some built in 1970, owners probably faced some problems in selling these flats in the resale markets, anyone know the reasons? Is it advisable to get such flats? Quite good location.

Some maybe Repurchased flats where by the owner is unable to pay the installment.

That will be consider one time rejection, if you do it twice u will be downgraded to second-timer for a 1year period.

Under Central. There are 2 repurchased S1 units and 1 repurchased S2 unit. Already got 140 people eyeing the S1 units and 129 people eyeing the sole S2 unit.

Good luck.

I had submitted application for the current sept BTO, do i need to void my current application if i want to give it a shot at this pinnacle SBF?

You can only either apply for the Sept BTO or the Sept SOBF. Not both at the same time so yes you would have to void your current application.

You can only hold them concurrently if it was a different exercise. Eg. July BTO and Sept SOBF.

Just check the Flat Supply and Application received, All seems to be over subscribed. And time remaining is 1 day....
