wah u have no competitor, bro. saw the amount of flats available is less than half of March 2012 one, only 150 ish now. (punggol one)
wish u best of luck, hope u can get it this time.

btw, saw some estates from SoBF March 2012 also still included now, like Regalia, Treelodge, Arcadia, Residences etc, but only a few units each. not really rare people do cancellation after book the flat maybe?

only if you pay option fee, if you don't pay option fee and select, it will be just treated as a no-show, 2 no-shows and you lose first timer priority for a year

HDB tactics is really WTF.
As long there are resale transcations going on, the prices will keep on going up as it is pegged to resales prices. With evey SBF release you will realize the prices are increasing , same goes to every BTO.

HDB Officer advised second timer is 5% for SBF. Website says the same too.

15% is for BTO.

According to HDB website:

"However, some flats are also set aside for quota-based priority schemes, where HDB does not differentiate between first-timers and second-timers. "

Hope can fall under the above mentioned...

Punggol Residence, Arcadia, Regalia, Sapphire, Coralinus, Treelodge.

Those slightly further and/or near completion can consider too.
Punggol Sails, Ripples, Vista, Lodge.

actually i am only interested in waterway woodcress.. bcos i only getting married next year nov.. and woodcress is ready in 2015/2016, just nice for me..
