btw did the mail mention anything about increased number of chances at the ballot? as for the first post regarding the first timer/second timer, and the number of ballot chances, did the mail mention you having extra number of chances due to appeal? thanks!!

Nope... They simply dismissed me. =:p Thus the 3-sentence letter.
My ballot letter now is a totally "fresh" letter - first-timer, 2 chances.

Erm how they dismissed you? My letter also a template letter, said will look into the matter, signed off by Wyh?

Since normal patterns and norms for ballot results announcements no longer exist...

Could it be tomorrow? Between 8am-5pm?

Actually HDB opens their sales office nowadays on Sunday for BTO and SBF applicant to select flats...

I can't access, the Sep 2012 SBF Application Result Page

services2.hdb.gov.sg/webapp/BP13BTOENQWeb/BP13RSLT.jsp?strSystem=SBF1

For the first time since last week
(usually it's a blank page awaits for result to be loaded)

Since 1115am...

Is HDB uploading the ballot result now?

Also now the Sep 2012 BTO Application Result page have also went down ... (first time since 18th Sep)

Can anyone try to access?

Yeap! System also shows blank yesterday morning (Sat). Me & partner tot hdb r loading the result but now everything is back to norm. Now they stated "wait for result soon" haish! Hehehe. Yesterday was exactly a mth of waiting! Ok lets hope tmrw k. Jiayoh HDB!

just wondering, for those replacement flats for SERS which are near completion, will they be launched as balance flats before or after TOP?? will their prices be similar to BTO or balance flats prices? since these flats are not exactly launched as BTO in the first place. thanks!
