I called asking about Punggol 3R Standard, they said about 5 people per batch, which is I think 5 for one area a day... Don't know how many areas they do per day or how often it rotates

BTW Punggol 3R Standard only ended at 15 today.

Not necessarynifnyoundont intend to take up HDB loan. But u need to have Letter of Offer from bank. If u don't have either one, can't sign agreement for lease.

Yup, I was called down.

Me too.. may I know what's your queue number? Mine is 7x. Applied for 3 room but only left like 2, 3 units. Most likely not turning up for the selection as I have a better queue number for Nov bto, but prices of the bto flat is about $100k more exp, still contemplating.

I noticed nobody selects the unit #24-513. Do you guys think it's really an unlucky number? Would it be hard to sell the unit in future?

Just to share some info. You can actually login to your myhdbpage via singpass on HDB website and click new flat. Your application details is there. Click in and at somewhere the bottom, it shows as of "date" last queue number we are serving is XXX. Then you all no need guess left how many and how many drop out, etc. Hope this helps. Eg if only 22 15 selected and queue number 30 liao, should be got 15 drop out.. and you also know how far away your number is..

went for my first appointment and also selected a flat. now waiting for 2nd appointment.

appreciate if you guys can adv if we have to apply the HLE online ourselves prior for 2nd appointment ? cause we filled up some form during first appointment ( wondering if thats the loan application )
