Yup when it reached my turn still left with 2 units. Both Chinese ethnic quota.

Oh maybe luh.
When u apply for SBF Means u are urgently looking to have a house of ur own.
Most wont bother if a high or low floor, yes high floor is a bonus. Low floor is better than those that never get a queue number and don’t even have a chance to choose.
If wanna choose go apply BTO instead u will have plenty of choice.

I just checked with HDB, we can collect the keys about 4 months after flat booking if we book a completed unit.

Hi guys, let’s say my balloted number is 4x/106 for the May’18 (queenstown) dawson SBF. Can someone kindly advise on when would likely to be the appointment date with HDB? Reason for asking as i’m looking to book a trip in early November and hope not to clash with the HDB appointment date. Thank you in advance!

Hi can i ask?? If i fail to get a queue number for feb BTO (first-timer + MCPS) and got a really lousy number for may SBF (9x out of 13 units, also first-timer + MCPS), will I get 2x more ballot chances if I apply for the future BTO/SBF/ROF exercises I.e. failure to get flat from Feb and may exercises will count towards future applications??

Or only my failure to get queue number for Feb BTO will count only towards future BTO applications (means not counted for SBF and ROF applications)? Kinda confused and sian about not getting my desired location repeatedly.
