Yeah. My plan exactly when heading down for appointment as well to enquire. If happen to be the scenario 3, then why not remove the “MCPS Status” which was never utilised to begin with. So this way, parents still have the freedom of sell if necessary without any 5 years MOP in place.

Yup. Always wonder how hdb will try to penalise if say the parents try to sell, eg private apt. They will confiscate the house? I did ask before to the hdb staff in my previous booking when i used mcps what will happen if my parents sold. The staff didnt know too

Maybe HDB won’t allow the house to be sold? Even resale market also at the end must make appointment with hdb right? To settle and sign doc/register ownership haha. Just guessing.

Base on what most ppl post, it seems they give a month notice if possible on your appt date instead of the min 2 weeks as stated by them

For Nov 2018 SBF application, they gave the appt date 2 weeks in advance. Somehow for this time round it is 1 month... Excruciating wait sia...

For Nov 2018 SBF application, they gave the appt date 2 weeks in advance. Somehow for this time round it is 1 month... Excruciating wait sia...

I was just telling me fiancée the same about the wait. Balloting results had an estimated end point. Whereas this appointment one is open waiting.

I logged in, clicked on my Registration number. Just tells me my ballot number and that selection estimated to begin Aug 2019. Can view some package on HDB site once selection starting.

The most painful part other than the wait is being informed by HDB that your racial quota is filled and your appointment is cancelled which some of us has been through...

Our hearts can only settle down when we made it to the selection itself...

yes. 21 aug for clementi. i just call HDB. they can see the docs. but i can not. they will asking the pic to check system again.
